POXEL Begins Judicial Reorganization Proceedings
On August 8, 2025, the biopharmaceutical company POXEL, listed on Euronext, announced the initiation of receivership proceedings. This decision follows a declaration of cessation of payments made on July 29, submitted to the Lyon Economic Activities Court. The court approved this action on August 5.
During the six-month observation period, POXEL will continue to operate while evaluating various options to ensure its sustainability, including a continuation plan. Stakeholders will be kept informed of developments.
At the same time, the company has requested the resumption of trading of its shares as of August 11, 2025. Investors are awaiting further developments on the future of POXEL.
