Poxel: Q2 2026 Results and 2025 Financial Statements Report
Poxel announced consolidated sales of €1,237 thousand for the second quarter of 2026. Net sales of TWYMEEG® in Japan reached 2.9 billion yen (€15.5 million), a 32% increase year-over-year. Sumitomo Pharma anticipates these sales will exceed 10 billion yen by the end of fiscal year 2026, triggering a bonus for Poxel and a 12% royalty increase.
At the same time, Poxel announced the postponement of the publication of its 2025 accounts due to the complexity of debt valuation according to IFRS standards, exacerbated by financial transactions that occurred at the beginning of 2026. The delay also concerns the 2025 general meeting.
