PREATONI Group is implementing a liquidity contract with Invest Securities

PREATONI Group has announced the implementation of a liquidity contract with Invest Securities. This two-year renewable contract aims to improve the liquidity of the company's shares listed on Euronext Growth Paris. This initiative was authorized by the combined general meeting of January 16, 2026.

The contract is part of a share buyback program, in accordance with European regulations and the decision of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). The funds allocated to the contract include 1,262 shares and €99,807.01 in cash.
