Change of Presidency at PRECIA

On February 6, 2026, the PRECIA Group announced a change in the chairmanship of its Executive Board. The Supervisory Board decided not to renew Frédéric Mey's term. Jean-Philippe Demael, a member of the Supervisory Board since 2023, will replace him, effective May 15, 2026. Mey will continue in his role until that date to ensure a smooth transition. The Board also confirmed Gilles Faurie, Yann Le Bail, and Franck Legallois as members of the Executive Board.

This evolution is part of a strategy of continuity and long-term development. Under Mey's leadership, the Group has seen significant progress in results, business restructuring, and improved health and safety performance. Demael is committed to developing the strategic plan to 2030, building on the solid foundations already established.
