Prismaflex: 2025-2026 Annual Results and Debt Reduction

For fiscal year 2025-2026, Prismaflex International reported revenue of €51.2 million, a decrease of 6.6% compared to the previous year. This decline is primarily due to the drop in the hardware business, although the printing business demonstrated resilience. Net income reached €0.45 million, supported by positive free cash flow of €2.9 million, enabling a reduction in net debt to 66% of shareholders' equity.

Despite a decrease in current EBITDA to 5.7% of revenue, the gross margin improved to 50.8%, thanks to effective cost management. The order book, at €10 million, remains strong at the end of the fiscal year, signaling a positive commercial outlook for 2026-2027, particularly with a new agreement in Africa and Europe.
