Prismaflex International Eligible for the PEA-PME Scheme

Prismaflex International, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has just announced its eligibility for the PEA-PME (French PEA-PME) savings plan (PEA-PME). This eligibility, in accordance with Article L. 221-32-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier), now allows its shares to be included in PEA-PME accounts. To be eligible for this scheme, a company must have its shares traded on Euronext markets and have a market capitalization of less than two billion euros. Prismaflex International, a billboard manufacturer and large-format digital printer, meets these criteria, making its shares more accessible to individual investors.
