Prismaflex: Terms of the General Meeting of September 30, 2025

Prismaflex International invites its shareholders to the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. The event will be held at the company's offices located in Saint Clément les Places.

The notice of meeting, including the agenda and draft resolutions, was published in the BALO of July 30, 2025. A corrective notice followed on September 12, 2025.

Preparatory documents, in accordance with Article R.225-83 of the French Commercial Code, are available to registered shareholders up to five days before the Meeting, upon request from the company. For bearer shareholders, a certificate of participation is required. All shareholders may consult these documents within 15 days before the Meeting at the registered office or find them on the company's website.
