ProCredit Holding AG Approves Dividend Following Successful 2024

ProCredit Holding AG announced that its General Meeting has approved a dividend payout of EUR 0.59 per share. This follows a successful financial year in 2024. The meeting took place in Frankfurt and was attended by 68.91% of the share capital.

The approval aligns with the company's dividend policy, which allocates a third of the consolidated result as a dividend. This translates to a total payout of EUR 34.8 million. Hubert Spechtenhauser, Chair of the Management Board, praised the record growth and financial results of 2024, emphasizing the importance of sharing success with shareholders.

The meeting also ratified the acts of the management and supervisory boards for 2024 and approved a remuneration report. New authorizations were granted for profit participation rights and acquiring treasury shares to provide financial flexibility.
