Prodways General Meeting: Terms and Key Information

Prodways Group has announced that its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at LCL, boulevard des Italiens, Paris.

The notice of meeting, published in the BALO on January 31, 2025, means that shareholders can access documents in accordance with article R.22-10-23 of the Commercial Code.

These documents are available as soon as the meeting is announced: registered shareholders can request them up to five days before the meeting. Bearer shareholders must provide a certificate of participation.

The documents are also available for consultation at Prodways' head office for a period of fifteen days preceding the meeting and on the group's website.
