Prodways Group adjusts the post-OPRA schedule
Prodways Group has announced an update regarding the post-OPRA (public share buyback offer) timeline. Following a revision of the results attributed to a reporting error, the company clarified that the settlement of the shares tendered under the share buyback offer will be completed no later than August 5, 2026. Furthermore, the associated capital reduction will be carried out the following day, August 6, 2026.
