Prodways Group General Meeting: Preparations and Information

Prodways Group has announced that it will hold its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on June 25, 2025, in Paris. Starting June 4, shareholders can access the preparatory documents in accordance with Article R.22-10-23 of the French Commercial Code. Registered shareholders can request these documents to be sent up to five days before the meeting. Those holding bearer shares must provide a certificate of participation.

The documents are available for consultation at the company's registered office for two weeks prior to the meeting, and some are available on the Prodways Group website. The notice of meeting, also available online, will serve as the official notice of the combined general meeting.
