PRODWAYS Post-OPRA Calendar: Key Dates Announced

PRODWAYS GROUP has published an update regarding the steps following the Share Buyback Offer (OPRA). According to the Euronext notice of July 7, 2026, the AMF and Euronext will announce the results of the Offer on July 31, 2026, followed by the settlement and delivery of the shares on August 4, 2026.

The revised timetable for the Offer begins on July 7 with its opening. The objection period for creditors expires on July 8. After the close of trading, the announcement regarding second-quarter revenue is expected on July 22. The Offer is scheduled to close on July 28.

Shareholders wishing to participate must submit an irrevocable sell order before the closing date. They should consult their financial intermediaries to ensure compliance with internal procedures and prescribed deadlines.
