PRODWAYS voting rights and shares as of January 29, 2025
On January 29, 2025, PRODWAYS published its share capital data. The group has 51,623,324 shares. These shares generate 57,167,459 theoretical voting rights. However, only 55,993,630 of these rights are currently exercisable. This difference results from the 1,173,829 treasury shares, which do not have associated voting rights.
The information is communicated in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority. PRODWAYS, developed in the 3D printing sector, operates at the European level and is listed on Euronext Paris.
