PSI Software SE Receives Mixed Audit Opinions on 2025 Financial Statements
PSI Software SE's financial documentation for the fiscal year 2025 gained approval from the Supervisory Board as of July 10, 2026. Notably, the annual financial statements received an unqualified audit opinion. However, the consolidated financial statements were met with a qualified audit opinion. This disparity arose from a single balance sheet item valued at 5 million euros. While audit evidence indicates a high probability of the asset's recognition, it fell short of proving near certainty of its existence, according to the auditor.
Despite this, both the Management Board and the Supervisory Board remain confident in their accounting practices. PSI Software SE is set to publish the audited and approved financial statements on July 13, 2026.
