PSI Software SE Reports Revenue Growth and Strategic Shifts After Nine Months

PSI Software SE announced a 3.6% revenue increase for the first nine months of 2026. The growth was driven by its Grid & Energy Management and Logistics segments. However, the Process Industries & Metals segment struggled due to challenges in the European steel industry. Despite revenue gains, the company's adjusted EBIT decreased by 20.7% compared to the previous year.

PSI has taken steps to streamline operations through a cost-reduction program aimed at consolidating responsibilities and standardizing processes. This is expected to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. A recent cash capital increase, fully subscribed by Zest Bidco GmbH, has provided PSI with approximately 29 million euros in new funds.

The company revises its fiscal year forecast, anticipating a 5% revenue growth and a 2% EBIT margin, adjusted for one-time expenses. This outlook assumes a stable risk environment throughout the year.
