Publicis Groupe: Declaration of transactions in own shares

Publicis Groupe has published a report on the transactions in its own shares carried out from May 12 to 16, 2025, as part of the share buyback program approved by the General Meeting on May 29, 2024. During this period, Publicis repurchased a total of 24,045 shares, with a weighted average price of €95.1296, for a total gross amount of €2,287,391.23.

The most significant trading took place on the Paris Stock Exchange (XPAR) on May 15 and 16, with 8,068 and 15,977 shares purchased, respectively, at average prices of €95.2194 and €95.0842 per share. The CEUX, AQEU, and TQEX markets recorded no transactions during this period.
