The transactions were executed under a program approved at the shareholders' meeting on May 27, 2025. During the specified period, the company purchased a total of 432,762 shares.

The shares were bought back at a daily weighted average price of €94.6136, resulting in a gross consideration of €40,945,156.10. The purchases were made across various venues, with the Paris Stock Exchange (XPAR) being the primary trading venue. Other venues such as CEUX, AQEU, and TQEX also recorded significant transactions on the final trading day, June 30, 2025.
