Publicis Groupe: Summary of Transactions in Own Shares

Between March 2 and March 6, 2026, Publicis Groupe carried out several transactions as part of its share buyback program, adopted at the General Meeting of May 27, 2025. These transactions were carried out via BOFA Securities Europe SA.
