Pulsar Helium Inc. Concludes Fundraising Successfully

Pulsar Helium Inc. announced the successful conclusion of its fundraising initiative. Through an accelerated bookbuild in the UK and a supplementary subscription in Canada, Pulsar raised total gross proceeds of GBP 3,720,100 (approximately CAD$6,954,727). The company issued a cumulative 16,174,338 new Common Shares at an issue price of GBP 0.23 per share. University Bancorp Inc., a major shareholder, increased its stake to 4.99%.

The funds will advance the Topaz helium project in Minnesota, specifically for drilling appraisal wells and conducting a preliminary economic assessment. The new shares are slated for AIM admission on August 29, 2025. OAK Securities acted as the exclusive bookrunner for the UK offering.
