PVA TePla Strengthens Supervisory Board with Technological Expertise

PVA TePla AG has appointed Prof. Dr. Ingrid De Wolf to its Supervisory Board, enhancing the Board's technological expertise. This strategic move comes as PVA TePla focuses on expanding its capabilities in metrology, a core business area. Prof. De Wolf, affiliated with the Belgian research institute imec, brings extensive knowledge in semiconductor production and a vast network within the industry.

Her appointment follows the departure of Alexander von Witzleben and Prof. Dr. Markus Thoma. Prof. De Wolf's court appointment allows her to commence immediately, offering guidance on metrology systems, particularly in the Asian semiconductor market. The Board now comprises four members, including Prof. De Wolf and pending electee Rudolf Weichert, who will bring capital market expertise.
