Pylontech Begins Mass Production of Advanced LFP Cells

Pylontech has commenced mass production of its 588Ah and 601Ah Prismatic LFP Cells at its Hefei manufacturing base. These cells, designed in-house, target utility-scale energy storage solutions. They promise high safety, long cycle life, and enhanced energy efficiency, with over 100MWh already produced.

The new cells will be integrated into Pylontech's PyOcean energy storage systems, enhancing the company’s utility-scale offerings. Pylontech has already contributed to significant projects, including a 120MW/240MWh project in Jiangsu and a 200MW/400MWh project in Ningxia.

These cells improve performance metrics such as energy density, cycle life, and efficiency. Automation and robotics at the Hefei base ensure high-quality and efficient production.
