Haier Smart Home Initiates Share Buyback Program
On 20 January 2026, Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. announced the commencement of a share buyback program. This decision follows authorization by the Annual General Meeting in May 2025.
The program aims to repurchase up to 1,000,000 D-shares, equivalent to about 0.369% of the company's current D-share capital. The maximum volume allotted for this initiative is EUR 2,000,000, excluding incidental acquisition costs. The repurchased shares are scheduled to be cancelled, potentially improving the company's capital structure.
Purchases will occur via the XETRA trading system and select EU trading facilities until 13 February 2026. Transactions will adhere to the conditions of the EU's market abuse regulations. A financial institution will independently manage the repurchases.
