Q.beyond Extends Contracts with Key Management Board Members

q.beyond AG has announced the early extension of contracts for its CEO Thies Rixen and CFO Nora Wolters. The Supervisory Board's decision extends their terms by three years, with Rixen remaining CEO until September 2028 and Wolters as CFO until December 2028. Rixen has led the company since April 2023, contributing to its restructuring and sectoral focus. Previously, he served as COO and joined q.beyond in 2019. Wolters, with substantial management experience in finance and mobility, took the role of CFO in early 2023.

The extension aligns with q.beyond's strategic "2025plus Strategy", aiming to transform the IT service provider into an industry leader. The company seeks to double its EBITDA margin and expand technological capabilities and international customer business. q.beyond is financially sound, with high net liquidity and no debts, positioning it well for growth.
