Q.beyond Returns to Profitability in Q3 2025
q.beyond AG has announced a return to profitability in the third quarter of 2025. Net income increased by €1.4 million year-on-year, reaching €0.5 million, while EBITDA rose to €3.0 million, up from €2.2 million in Q3 2024. Revenues, however, decreased to €43.6 million from €47.0 million. Despite weak growth in Germany, the company's prioritization of profitability over growth paid off.
The company benefited significantly from the completion of an external tax audit related to the 2019 sale of its Plusnet subsidiary, which resulted in an additional operating income of €2.6 million. Recurring revenues accounted for 69% of the total, stabilizing the business amidst German firms' reluctance to invest.
With increased marketing of consulting services and AI advancements, q.beyond aims to maintain a positive EBITDA margin, projecting revenues at the lower end of the €184 million to €190 million range for 2025.
