Provision of documents for the Quadient General Meeting
On June 1, 2026, Quadient announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for June 18, 2026. These documents can be consulted on the company's website. The notice of meeting, containing the agenda and participation details, was published the same day in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO). A preliminary notice had also been published on May 11, 2026.
The Universal Registration Document was filed with the Financial Markets Authority on May 7, 2026. The Meeting will be broadcast live on Quadient's website, allowing shareholders to follow the discussions remotely.
