Quadient: All resolutions adopted at the June 2025 General Meeting
Quadient's Combined General Meeting was held on June 13, 2025, chaired by Didier Lamouche. Shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, with a turnout of 75.08%. The directorships of Nathalie Wright and Didier Lamouche were renewed for three years, and Delphine Segura Vaylet was appointed as a director.
Didier Lamouche was reappointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The composition of the committees was defined, including Nathalie Wright and Delphine Segura Vaylet. Compensation for 2024 and the policy for 2025 were approved, with KPMG SA appointed as statutory auditor.
