Quadient launches a strategic review for its Lockers business
On July 20, 2026, Quadient SA, a specialist in business interaction automation, announced a strategic review of its Lockers business. This initiative aims to maximize shareholder value, supporting the company's growth ambitions. Since 2018, the number of its parcel locker installations has increased from 2,000 to over 28,000 units worldwide. By 2025, this business represented 11% of total revenue, with subscription revenue experiencing strong growth.
In 2024, the Lockers business's EBITDA became positive and is expected to exceed a 10% margin in 2026. The strategic review will examine several options, including partnerships, sales, or a complete divestiture, with no certainty as to the outcome. Geoffroy Godet, CEO, emphasizes the importance of this proactive approach within the "Elevate to 2030" strategy. Quadient plans to announce the results of this review in September 2026.
