Vesa Equity Investment exceeds 25% of QUADIENT's capital

Luxembourg-based VESA Equity Investment S.à rl has crossed the threshold of 25% of the capital and voting rights of QUADIENT SA, according to a letter received on September 25, 2025. It now holds 25.04% of the shares, or 8,632,531 shares, an acquisition made on September 22, 2025. This movement results from the purchase of shares on the market.

VESA financed these acquisitions with equity and margin credit. It plans to continue its purchases based on market conditions, with no intention of controlling QUADIENT or changing its governance. VESA has not entered into any agreements regarding QUADIENT, and it is not seeking to appoint new members to the board of directors.
