Lumibird makes available the 2025 universal registration document

Lumibird, a laser specialist, announced the filing of its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the Financial Markets Authority on March 31, 2026. This document includes the annual financial report and is available at the Lannion headquarters and on the company's website.

The document contains various reports, such as those from the Board of Directors and the Auditors, in addition to the share buyback program and information for the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Notably, the financial statements comply with the ESEF format.

Although Lumibird has decided not to publish a CSRD sustainability statement for 2025, a separate ESG report is available. The company will announce its Q1 2026 revenue on April 27.
