Lumibird wins contracts with Saab for OdiPro systems
European laser technology specialist Lumibird Group announced that its Swedish subsidiary has been awarded two major contracts by Saab AB. These contracts concern the supply of OdiPro laser rangefinders for the Swedish and Danish armed forces, with a total value of approximately €10 million. Deliveries will be scheduled from 2025 to 2029.
The OdiPro systems will be integrated into Saab's UTAAS fire control system on the CV90 infantry fighting vehicles. This collaboration aims to enhance the precision targeting capabilities of these units. Lumibird is thus strengthening its position in Europe with around 1,000 units planned in nine countries.
