Simplified judicial liquidation of Quantum Genomics
The Paris Economic Activities Court declared the simplified judicial liquidation of Quantum Genomics on September 2, 2025, following a declaration of cessation of payments dated July 3, 2025.
Marie-Hélène Montravers of the law firm MONTRAVERS YANG-TING has been appointed as the court-appointed liquidator. The cessation of payments is set for July 1, 2025, the official start of the company's financial difficulties.
A six-month period is planned for the review of the liquidation closure. Consequently, trading of Quantum Genomics shares, currently suspended, will not resume, and their delisting from Euronext Growth is expected shortly. The shares, identified by ISIN code FR0011648971, will be removed from the platform.
