Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. (TSXV:QZM, OTCQX:QZMRF), based in Vancouver, has announced its decision to adopt semi-annual financial reporting. The move is facilitated by the Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, which allows eligible TSX Venture Exchange issuers to opt for reporting every six months instead of quarterly. The company will now skip filing interim financial reports and management discussions for the first and third quarters of its fiscal year, which ends on July 31.
