Dr. Claus Bischoff Resigns from R. Stahl AG Management Board
R. Stahl AG has announced the immediate resignation of Dr. Claus Bischoff from the company's Management Board. This decision, made for personal reasons, was mutually agreed upon by Dr. Bischoff and the Supervisory Board. Although he steps down immediately, Dr. Bischoff will officially leave the company by 31 May 2026.
Tobias Popp, an existing Management Board member, will temporarily oversee Dr. Bischoff's responsibilities. The Supervisory Board has started planning for his permanent succession. R. Stahl, known for its explosion protection systems, assured that operations will continue seamlessly under Popp's interim leadership.
This leadership change comes as R. Stahl navigates a complex market environment, aiming to stabilize its management during a transitional phase.
