R. STAHL AG Appoints New Chairman Prof. Dr. Peter Hofmann
At a meeting held on February 6, 2026, the Supervisory Board of R. STAHL AG elected Prof. Dr. Peter Hofmann as its new Chairman. This decision follows the removal of the previous Chairman, Mr. Peter Leischner, due to differing views on the future activities of the board.
Prof. Dr. Hofmann, who has been part of the Supervisory Board since 2021, steps into his new role immediately. Mr. Dennis Stahl has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman. Both appointments will last until the conclusion of the 2028 Annual General Meeting, as per the company's Articles of Association.
Mr. Leischner will remain a member of the Supervisory Board until his term ends. The transition aims to steer the board under new leadership while maintaining continuity in its oversight functions.
