R. STAHL Surpasses EBITDA Expectations for 2025
R. Stahl AG has announced that its EBITDA pre exceptionals for 2025 exceeded forecasts due to temporary factors. The company reported Group sales of €313 million, slightly below the adjusted forecast of €320-€330 million. However, EBITDA pre exceptionals reached €34.4 million, surpassing the forecasted €25-€30 million range. This unexpected high EBITDA was attributed to positive one-time items and a boost in sales at the end of the year, mainly in December 2025.
The substantial fourth quarter results will not continue into the following quarters and do not represent R. Stahl's ongoing business trajectory. The stronger performance contributed to a slight increase in the equity ratio, contrary to earlier predictions of a decline. Detailed figures will be disclosed on February 24, 2026.
