Racing Force: Share Buyback Program Update
On February 2, 2026, Racing Force SpA, specializing in safety components for motorsport, announced the acquisition of 2,632 shares during its share buyback program. These acquisitions, carried out between January 26 and 30, 2026, on the Euronext Growth Milan segment, represent 0.0096% of the share capital, for a total cost of €12,926.24, at an average price of €4.91 per share.
The transactions were carried out through Equita SIM SpA. Racing Force currently holds 132,467 of its own shares, representing 0.4836% of the share capital. The share buyback program was approved at the shareholders' meeting on October 22, 2025.
