RBI Reports Interim Acceptance Status of Addiko Tender Offer
Vienna, 24 July 2026. Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI) has announced the interim acceptance status of its voluntary public tender offer for all shares of Addiko Bank AG. As of 24 July 2026, RBI has received acceptance declarations for 10,720,331 Addiko shares, representing 55.58% of the shares targeted by the tender. This percentage surpasses the minimum acceptance threshold set at more than 55%.
The acceptance includes 1,878,167 shares from Alta Group d.o.o., equal to 9.63% of the issued Addiko shares. The statutory withdrawal rights expired on 23 July 2026. No withdrawals were registered prior to this deadline. The offer remains open until 29 July 2026.
