RE Royalties Increases Investment in US Solar Projects

RE Royalties Ltd., a leading firm in renewable energy royalties, has announced a new $800,000 investment in Solaris Energy's distributed generation solar projects across the United States. This marks the second financial infusion, lifting the total investment for two solar portfolios to $4.8 million for Portfolio 1, with plans for an additional $1 million by Q2 2026. Portfolio 2's investment, aimed at reaching a total of $9 million, awaits completion of due diligence and is expected later this year.

The investment aligns with RE Royalties' strategy of forming partnerships with reputable developers to secure long-term royalties on clean energy assets. Solaris Energy CEO, Nick Perugini, underscored this financial commitment as crucial for accelerating their solar project deployment, thus delivering clean energy to communities efficiently.
