REALITIES: Unveiling of a Strategic Recovery Plan
On June 6, 2025, REALITES presented its creditors with a detailed recovery plan, after the company and several of its subsidiaries had been placed in receivership since February. This approach aims to freeze liabilities and propose a strategy for restructuring debt.
The plan's pillars include a refocusing on real estate development in France and cost reductions. REALITES also plans to continue selling non-strategic assets and co-promote approximately sixty projects by 2026. The goal is to secure financing and cash flow for autonomous development by the end of 2027.
If the plan is adopted, REALITES will be better positioned for the future thanks to a strengthened and agile structure.
