Recticel Acquires Miclar Group for Enhanced Solutions in Insulated Panels Market
Recticel, a leader in insulation solutions, announced the acquisition of a 76% stake in Miclar Group, a Belgian specialist in industrial façade and roof cladding. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen Recticel's position in the insulated panels market and improve service offerings to its customers across Europe. The Miclar Group, founded in 2018, reported significant sales and growth in 2024, with operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, and Sweden.
The transaction, valued at EUR 20.5 million, was completed in cash. Starting December 1, 2025, Miclar Group's financial performance will be included in Recticel's statements. The acquisition aligns with Recticel's "Elevate 2030" plan to pursue further expansions and improve their service portfolio. Both companies see this partnership as a stepping stone for innovation and European market expansion.
