Recticel Announces Capital Increase Post Subscription Rights Exercise

Recticel has officially increased its share capital as of 29 May 2026. This development comes following the exercise of 28,000 subscription rights under the company's warrant plan initiated on 28 June 2019. These actions have led to the issuance of 28,000 new ordinary shares, which are set to begin trading on Euronext Brussels on 2 June 2026.

Before this increase, the total subscribed capital was EUR 141,957,300, and it now stands at EUR 142,027,300. Correspondingly, the total number of shares in issue has risen from 56,782,920 to 56,810,920. Meanwhile, the number of outstanding subscription rights has decreased from 2,595,500 to 2,567,500.
