Recticel Group Announces Key Leadership Changes
Recticel Group has announced a leadership transition with Stefaan Debusschere stepping in as the new CEO. Debusschere, previously heading the Insulation Boards Division, will take over as Chief Executive Officer of Recticel Group. Jan Vergote, the current CEO, will move to the role of Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. This structured transition will see Wim Dejonghe stepping down as Chairman of the Board, facilitating the changes scheduled for March 2, 2026.
The transition aims to further drive Recticel’s strategic growth agenda, which focuses on doubling the company's size and profitability. Under the new leadership, the Recticel Group plans to continue enhancing its smart building insulation offerings. The leadership team, including Debusschere and Vergote, is poised to implement the Recticel Group’s Elevate 2030 strategic plan, with an emphasis on operational excellence and expanding geographic reach.
