Recticel Increases Capital via Subscription Rights Exercise

On June 30, 2025, Recticel announced a capital increase following the exercise of 30,000 subscription rights from the warrant plan issued in June 2019. This led to the issuance of 30,000 new ordinary shares. These shares will begin trading on Euronext Brussels on July 2, 2025.

This move raises the company’s subscribed capital from EUR 141,627,300 to EUR 141,702,300. The total number of shares with voting rights increased from 56,650,920 to 56,680,920. Additionally, the outstanding subscription rights decreased from 2,315,000 to 2,285,000.
