Recticel's Capital Expansion with Subscription Rights Exercise

On June 29, 2026, Recticel announced an increase in its share capital following the exercise of 257,500 subscription rights under the warrant plan from June 28, 2019. This led to the issue of 257,500 new ordinary shares, set to trade on Euronext Brussels by July 1, 2026.
