Reinet Engages in Talks Over Sale of PIC Stake

Reinet Investments S.C.A. has publicly acknowledged ongoing discussions about the possible sale of its interest in Pension Insurance Corporation Group Limited (PIC). The company confirms that it has been approached by Athora Holding Ltd and is in advanced negotiations. Currently, Reinet holds an indirect 49.5% stake in PIC.

The proposed terms suggest a total valuation of GBP 5.7 billion for PIC's entire share capital. However, Reinet notes that there is no certainty that a transaction will occur or on what terms it might be concluded. This development follows a similar announcement made on June 27, 2025.
