Reinet Investments Announces Revised AGM Date
Reinet Investments S.C.A. has announced a revised date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The new date is set for Thursday, 13 August 2026, in Luxembourg. This change comes after a previous announcement set the date for 20 August 2026, alongside the company's consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2026.
The dividend timetable for 2026 will also be adjusted. The last date for trading shares cum-dividend will be 26 August in Europe and 25 August in South Africa, with the shares trading ex-dividend starting 27 August in Europe and 26 August in South Africa. The record date is 28 August, and dividends will be paid on 2 September in euros and South African rand, respectively.
The company will provide a live feed of the AGM proceedings online, allowing shareholders to submit questions. An Extraordinary General Meeting is proposed to consider changes for virtual participation in future meetings.
