Reinet Investments SCA: Manager's Transaction Notification

Reinet Investments SCA has announced two significant transactions involving its managers, in compliance with the EU regulation on market abuse. On 1 September 2025, they reported that on 29 August 2025, Reinet Investment Advisors Limited disposed of 12,658 ordinary shares at EUR 26.1811 per share through a share appreciation rights scheme. This transaction occurred outside a trading venue.

Additionally, Ms. Diane Longden, a director at Reinet Fund Manager S.A., acquired 5,029 ordinary shares at the same price on the same date. This acquisition was part of her entitlement under a share appreciation rights scheme. Like the previous transaction, this was also executed outside a trading venue.
