Reinet Investments S.C.A. has disclosed a repurchase of 594,605 ordinary shares between 28 September 2026 and 2 October 2026. These shares were acquired on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 435.91 per share, with prices ranging from ZAR 429.36 to ZAR 444.46. The total expenditure for this transaction, excluding fees, amounts to approximately ZAR 259.2 million (or €13.9 million).
This activity occurs within the broader strategy of a share buyback program commenced on 13 August 2026. To date, the company has repurchased a cumulative total of 3,829,353 shares, investing around ZAR 1,668.2 million (€89.3 million) total, excluding related costs.
