Reinet Investments S.C.A. Updates on Share Buyback Programme

Reinet Investments S.C.A. has announced an update on its share buyback programme. Between 20 July 2026 and 24 July 2026, the company repurchased 634,767 ordinary shares. These purchases were conducted on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange at an average price of ZAR 441.28 per share. The total cost of this transaction was approximately ZAR 280.1 million (€14.8 million), excluding transaction costs.

Since the initiation of the buyback programme on 18 June 2026, Reinet has repurchased a total of 2,257,221 ordinary shares. The cumulative expenditure for these purchases amounts to ZAR 1,011.1 million (€53.9 million), excluding additional costs. The programme allows Reinet to strengthen its financial position by managing its equity more strategically.
