Relief Therapeutics Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Relief Therapeutics has announced the results of its annual general meeting held in Geneva. Shareholders approved all proposals with a majority exceeding 85 percent of votes represented. Key decisions included the approval of the 2024 annual report and financial statements, and the agreement to carry forward the net result for the year.

The board of directors was discharged of responsibilities for 2024, with re-elections confirming Dr. Raghuram Selvaraju as chairman and member of key committees. Maximum compensation for board members and the executive committee was approved, alongside the re-election of Mr. Thomas Hua as the independent proxy and FORVIS MAZARS SA as auditors.
